The Bind-it-All is a compact, dual-action machine that both punches and o-wire binds ANY size album, book or journal. The machine weighs about three pounds and does from cleaning the hole-punched confetti mess out of the side door of the machine.
The BiA can punch through materials that are 1/8-inch thick, including:
• chipboard • coasters • plastic • wood • fabric • CDs • Vinyl record albums • Gift cards • 8 pieces of cardstock at once
A few exceptions include:
• Metal – Only cardstock-thin metal can be punched with the BiA, such as “Beware of Dog” and “For Sale” signs found at hardware stores, and slide-to-open CD holders (often mailed with AOL CDs inside). Most acrylics 1/8-inch thick are too tough to be punched in the BiA and others are too brittle and will shatter. If you are looking for acrylic to use with the BiA, click here. • Rock – Absolutely no slate, mica or any other rock can be punched with the BiA.
Wire for the Bind-it-All comes in five colors (black, white, silver, brown and red) and several different diameters, for projects of different widths. Wire comes in 12-inch lengths that can be cut down to the size you need using regular wire cutters.

transparencies and other papers in to precision-cut, modular-sized pages. The DreamKuts features three self-sharpening rotary blades that never need to be replaced. The DreamKuts should not need any routine maintenance, requires no electricity and weighs less than five pounds.
The DreamKut’s front slot takes 12-inch-wide paper and cuts it in to three 4-inch strips.
The DreamKut’s back slot takes any paper 2 to 12 inches wide and, with the help of self-centering tabs, cuts it directly in half. For example, 12-inch paper is cut into two 6-inch strips; 8 1/2 –inch wide paper is cut into two 4 ¼-inch strips; 2-inch paper is cut into two 1-inch strips, etc.
The best way to use the DreamKuts, and ensure you have straight, even cuts, is to place the machine in front of you on a table and have the cut paper slide out away from you. Do not push, pull or shift the paper by hand as it feed in to the machine. Set the paper lightly into the slot and allow the rollers to take the paper. The machine is designed to self-correct for an even cut.
Other facts about the DreamKuts:
• The DreamKuts DOES NOT cut chipboard. Trying to cut chipboard may break your DreamKuts. If you have already run chipboard through it, and your machine no longer cuts, please refer to the “In a Bind?” section’s “DreamKuts after chipboard” to learn how to fix it. • The DreamKuts is not meant to replace your paper trimmer. • Among those who benefit from owning a DreamKuts are teachers, Bind-it-All owners, and anyone else who needs to mass-produce modular paper pieces quickly.
